These Terms apply to the use of software products provided by quietformat (“we,” “us,” “our”). By downloading, installing, or using our products, you agree to these Terms.
Purchases are processed by FastSpring (Merchant of Record). Terms related to ordering, payment, taxes, and delivery (digital delivery) are governed by FastSpring’s Terms of Sale.
1. General
quietformat products are digital audio software instruments and audio tools delivered electronically.
2. Refund Policy
Because our products are digital software, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded or activated.
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the product as advertised, please contact our support team at support@quietformat.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue. Refunds may only be considered if we are unable to provide a working solution.
Note: We recommend trying the free trial version to evaluate the features and sound before purchasing.
3. License & Usage
Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal or commercial music production.
You may install the product on multiple devices, provided you are the sole user.
Redistribution, resale, sharing, or making the product or license key publicly available is strictly prohibited.
Free products, trial/demo versions, or promotional licenses are not transferable.
4. End User License Agreement (EULA)
Detailed license and usage terms are provided in the EULA included with the installer and/or the software. If there is any conflict, the EULA will control.
5. Data & Privacy
We collect minimal personal data only as needed for support and product operations.
Checkout and payment-related data is processed by FastSpring and is subject to FastSpring’s privacy policy.

6. Limitation of Liability
quietformat products are provided “as is.”
We are not responsible for losses, damages, or incompatibilities arising from the use of our products.
It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility with your system before purchase (minimum system requirements are listed on each product page).

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
In the event of a dispute, the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
9. Updates & Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on our website.
Continued use of our products after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
